Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customer success, product, and other sales teams
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams
