Job Overview:

The NOW Health Group Canada/Puresource Natural Products Distributor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Guelph, ON. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide product solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the natural products industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual in English and French (mandatory)
