Fusion Homes is a reputable developer of premium new homes in the Guelph and surrounding area.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Professional to join our Sales & Design team. This role will involve working directly with customers, realtor partners, and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent Fusion Homes as a first point of contact for prospective purchasers and realtors in Sales Centers and Model Homes.
- Utilize sales techniques to drive targeted results while maintaining a top-notch customer experience.
- Achieve all sales targets and KPIs results in assigned communities.
- Prepare and present Purchase and Sale Agreements, Amendments, and related documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ensure Model Homes and Sales Centre are clean, fully stocked, and presentable at all times.
- Track customer interactions into CRM and prepare weekly traffic and sales reports.
- 7+ years of experience in a professional sales role, ideally in real estate/home sales.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Company cell phone provided.
- Exciting social events and Employee Recognition Program.
Saturday: 9:30am - 5:00pm
Sunday: 9:30am - 5:00pm
Estimated Salary$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
