The Customer Solutions Coordinator is a key role within the Olympus Corporation of the Americas, responsible for facilitating the order entry of medical solutions and services. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, estimates, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Facilitate the order entry process for medical solutions and services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to resolve issues, provide estimates, and confirm orders.
- Service Request Management: Manage service requests, including sending out repair estimates and service form requirements.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of medical solutions and services.
- Problem Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years customer service-related experience requested.
- Skills: Basic to medium Microsoft Office skills required. Experience with order entry ERP systems an asset.
