Job Description

The Customer Solutions Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and requests. They will work closely with the sales and field service teams to process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Work closely with sales and field service teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of four to five years' experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Medium to advanced Microsoft Office skills
