Job Title: Customer Solutions Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Solutions Coordinator to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective customer service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
  • Collaborate with sales and field service teams to resolve customer inquiries and requests, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, orders, and issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of four to five years' experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
