Job Title: Customer Solutions Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Solutions Coordinator to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with sales and field service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of four to five years' experience in customer service is required.
  • Medium to advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a leader or trainer is an asset.
  • Experience with JDE or SAP is an asset.
