Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Solutions Coordinator to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers and sales teams
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of four to five years' experience in customer service
  • Medium to advanced Microsoft Office skills required
  • Ability to work flexible hours
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a leader or trainer
  • Experience with JDE or SAP
