Job Title: Customer Solutions Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Solutions Coordinator to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective customer service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
  • Collaborate with sales and field service teams to resolve customer inquiries and requests, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of four to five years' experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
