Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Representative to join our Workforce Optimization Staffing Services team at Fraser Health. This role is responsible for reviewing staffing services systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of services provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports learning needs assessments and develops learning plans for staff
  • Assesses and implements service needs, including new unit development and modifications to existing units
  • Conducts regular quality audits on staffing services systems and processes
  • Plans and schedules educational activities and tracks attendance
  • Collaborates with Staffing Services Leaders to ensure consistency with staff scheduling best practices and collective agreement requirements
  • Evaluates and monitors statistical reporting and performance metrics
  • Develops and implements plans to improve staffing levels and workflow
Requirements
  • Graduation of a two-year diploma program in administration, supplemented by three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Demonstrated experience with computer and staffing software programs
  • Demonstrated knowledge of collective agreement provisions
