Job Summary

Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the quality of services provided by our staffing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of learning plans and on-site education for staff members.
  • Assess and implement service needs, including the creation of new units and modifications to existing ones.
  • Conduct regular quality audits on staffing services systems and processes.
  • Plan and schedule educational activities, maintaining attendance records and statistical reports.
  • Collaborate with Staffing Services Leaders to ensure consistency with clinical managers, collective agreement requirements, and FH processes.
  • Evaluate and monitor statistical reporting and performance metrics with staffing services operations.
  • Assess qualifications and experience required for schedulers, developing plans to implement changes with Staffing Leaders and Clinical Managers.
  • Review and recommend process changes for workflow and staffing levels in scheduling processes.
  • Support knowledge transfer and integration across systems and client applications.
Requirements
  • Graduation of a two-year diploma program related to administration, supplemented by three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework, including Clear, Caring, and Courageous.
  • Professional/Technical Capabilities: experience with computer and staffing software programs, staffing services, and collective agreement provisions.
