Job Summary

Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Representative to join our Workforce Optimization Staffing Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of services provided to our patients, clients, and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to optimize staffing services.
  • Collaborate with clinical managers to ensure consistent application of best practices, collective agreement requirements, and Fraser Health processes.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and monitor statistical reporting and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement plans to enhance staffing services, including workflow and staffing level adjustments.
  • Support knowledge transfer and integration across systems and client applications.
Requirements
  • Graduation of a two-year diploma program related to administration, supplemented by three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with computer and staffing software programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of collective agreement provisions.
  • Leadership practices aligned with the Fraser Health Leadership Framework.
