Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Representative to join our Workforce Optimization Staffing Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of services provided to our patients, clients, and residents.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to optimize staffing services.
- Collaborate with clinical managers to ensure consistent application of best practices, collective agreement requirements, and Fraser Health processes.
- Conduct regular quality audits and monitor statistical reporting and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement plans to enhance staffing services, including workflow and staffing level adjustments.
- Support knowledge transfer and integration across systems and client applications.
- Graduation of a two-year diploma program related to administration, supplemented by three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Demonstrated experience with computer and staffing software programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of collective agreement provisions.
- Leadership practices aligned with the Fraser Health Leadership Framework.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Caring and compassionate approach to working with staff and stakeholders.
- Courageous in driving quality improvement initiatives.
