We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Representative to join our Workforce Optimization Staffing Services team at Fraser Health. This role is responsible for reviewing the structure and provision of staffing/scheduling services to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Supports learning needs assessments and develops learning plans for staff
- Assesses and implements service needs, including new unit development and modifications to existing units
- Conducts regular quality audits on staffing services systems and processes
- Plans and schedules educational activities and tracks attendance
- Collaborates with Staffing Services Leaders to ensure clinical managers adhere to best practices and collective agreement requirements
- Evaluates and monitors statistical reporting and performance metrics
- Develops and implements process changes for workflow and staffing levels
- Graduation of a two-year diploma program in administration, supplemented by three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Demonstrated leadership practices, including clear, caring, and courageous leadership
- Experience with computer and staffing software programs, as well as staffing services and collective agreement provisions
