We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 9176-8721 Québec Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Operations and Administration: Monitor revenues, labor costs, and inventory levels to optimize business performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, provincial/territorial liquor legislation, and other relevant laws.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet business needs. Set schedules, monitor performance, and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
    • Food and beverage server trade certification
    • Customer Service Excellence Certificate
  • Certifications and Licenses:
    • Criminal record check
    • Food and beverage server trade certification
