About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 9176-8721 Québec Inc. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of 16-20 staff members
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service
    • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment
    • Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Customer Service

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
    • Post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu planning and inventory management
    • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions
