Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Associate Pharmacy Ltd. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Management: Manage and develop the performance of sales team members to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
