Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Associate Pharmacy Ltd. as a Pharmacy Team Lead. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Review and approve returns of merchandise, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
- Sell Merchandise: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and meet customer needs.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, interacting with customers, sales workers, and other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
