Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Associate Pharmacy Ltd. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize sales performance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Language: English language proficiency.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
