Food Service Team Lead

Huckleberry's Cafe is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining high standards of quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports on key performance indicators, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a competitive compensation package.
- 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
