Job Summary

COSMIC PIZZA ALBERTA LTD is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands
  • Train and mentor staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
