Financial Administrative Assistant

As a Financial Administrative Assistant at Grant Home Hardware Building Centres, you will play a vital role in managing our accounts receivable department. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, and ensuring timely collections from debtors. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the team by performing various clerical duties such as filing, record-keeping, and general office tasks.
With a strong focus on financial management, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in MS Word and Internet applications. You will also be expected to possess excellent oral communication, accuracy, and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and achieve team goals.
