Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our team at Mu-Tech. As a Computer Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their computer systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updating software and hardware, and performing backups
  • Collaborate with other technical staff to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with server administration and database management
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python and C++
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization software
