Job Title: Computer Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Specialist to join our team at THE RHEUMATOLOGY OFFICE INC. in a permanent full-time position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff and clients, resolving computer-related issues and implementing solutions.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Provide training and advice to users on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users, responding to identified difficulties.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and staff.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 32 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking.
