Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Daniel Jensen. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom management.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to meet sales targets.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
