Job Summary

Husky is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff, and authorize payments and returns.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
