Executive Coordinator

Pacific Way Enterprises Inc is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Coordinator to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced professional who can provide administrative support to our management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Coordinating Meetings and Events: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, oversee payroll administration, and negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit and hire workers, train other staff members, and maintain digital databases.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer electronic inquiries, and respond to employee questions and complaints.
- Project Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, assign and co-ordinate projects and programs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Languages: Fluency in English and proficiency in Persian.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Area of Work Experience: Purchasing, procurement, and contracts.
- Area of Specialization: Reports and records, contracts, financial statements, invoices, project management, and payroll services.
This role requires the ability to work independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
