Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to take on a new challenge as an Executive Coordinator with our dynamic team. As an Executive Coordinator you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, training staff, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, compiling data and statistics, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Staff Training: Train staff members on various skills and procedures to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and analysis.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure efficient retrieval and storage of documents.
What We Offer
