Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Lawtons Drugs. As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prescription assembly – data entry
  • Receive in-person and telephone refill requests and record deliveries
  • Pill Pack Assembly
  • Schedule professional clinical services (i.e. medication reviews, health risk assessments, disease state managements etc.)
  • Administrative Duties: cycle counts, narcotic counts, return to stocks, TML's, manual third parties
  • Assist with other pharmacy operations as required

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree, Pharmacy Technology Certificate or other Pharmacy Recognized program
  • Previous pharmacy experience is an asset
