Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Assistant to join our national pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with prescription assembly and data entry
  • Receive in-person and telephone refill requests and record deliveries
  • Pill Pack Assembly
  • Schedule professional clinical services (i.e. medication reviews, health risk assessments, disease state managements etc.)
  • Administrative Duties: cycle counts, narcotic counts, return to stocks, TML's, manual third parties
  • Assist with other pharmacy operations as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An undergraduate degree, Pharmacy Technology Certificate or other Pharmacy Recognized program
  • Previous pharmacy experience is an asset
