Administrative Coordinator for Community Health Programs

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role involves providing administrative support for Community Health programs, including switchboard/reception, word processing, data entry, and other office duties.
The ideal candidate will have two years of related experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. They should also be able to maintain confidentiality, plan and organize a heavy workload, and work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a 0.50 FTE position, working days, evenings, and weekends. The salary range is $20.768 - $23.586, depending on experience.
The successful candidate must have a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check, Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
