Administrative Coordinator for Community Health Services

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide general administrative support for our Community Health programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for switchboard/reception duties, word processing, data entry, and processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail or fax documents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and staff
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Processing and distributing mail and documents in a timely manner
  • Assisting with inventory management and supply ordering
  • Scheduling appointments and meeting rooms

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services in the Winnipeg region.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Two years of related experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

A competitive salary range is $20.77 - $23.59 per hour, commensurate with experience.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
