Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team. This full-time role involves sourcing and procuring materials and products necessary for our operations while ensuring optimal pricing and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and source commercial kitchen equipment and supplies from reliable vendors domestically and internationally.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely acquisition of materials.
  • Utilize SAP software for inventory management and order processing.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Analyze purchasing trends and market conditions to make informed buying decisions.
  • Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and inventory levels for management review.
  • Work closely with the sales, operations, and finance teams to understand business needs and align procurement strategies.
  • Provide support in planning and budgeting for large-scale projects or bulk purchases.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement-related documents.
  • Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and relevant legal requirements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma / Bachelors degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software (SAP)
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
  • Experience in sourcing and purchasing restaurant equipment and supplies
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost analysis
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
