- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 Years Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in market development, sales, or business.
- Strong Data-Driven Background: Proven track record of driving business growth through data, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and BPI.
