We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. as a Director of Sales. This key role will play a strategic part in driving our sales department towards achieving and surpassing organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire Sales Managers to motivate the sales team to surpass daily activity goals, implement and oversee a value-added sales process, and address challenges faced by the sales staff.
  • Administrative Oversight: Enforce adherence to corporate policies, manage corporate assets responsibly, and ensure compliance with all payroll procedures and standards.
  • Recruiting and Training: Oversee the recruitment, testing, and hiring of sales staff, develop and conduct monthly sales workshops, and ensure all new sales representatives are prepared for company-sponsored introductory sales schools.

Requirements: Proven track record in competitive selling and account management, with at least 7 years of experience in office products and solutions sales environments, including 2 years in sales management. Proficient in PC and network concepts, ability to deliver high-quality sales presentations, and own vehicle with valid insurance and a valid driver's license in good standing.
