Responsibilities

• Architect and Design Data Platform: Lead the conceptualization and design of a robust data platform capable of supporting various data types and sources across the organization.
• Develop Scalable Solutions: Create scalable solutions for data ingestion, processing, storage, and retrieval, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Implement Data Governance Framework: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data quality, privacy, and security standards are upheld.
• Integrate Third-Party Tools: Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and technologies to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the data platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing highly scalable and self-serve capable data-intensive applications.
• Recent expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data management concepts. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
• Experience in banking, particularly in Risk & Finance domains, is a strong asset.
