At Royal Bank of Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Management Associate to join our dynamic team in Halifax. As a key member of the Data & Analytics Technology group within QTS, this role will lead key business management activities and portfolio governance for the Data & Analytics Portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the financial management, reporting, and analytics for the Data & Analytics Portfolio. This includes involvement in fiscal year planning processes, supporting the development of financial demands in alignment with portfolio strategy, and establishing streamlined program governance & control for the Data & Analytics Portfolio.

In addition, the Business Management Associate will work with leads to facilitate and provide timely and insightful performance data that supports strategy execution. This involves resource tracking and headcount management, including onboarding and off-boarding, as well as working internally with the team to build a collaborative culture that drives continuous improvement and technology innovation.

To succeed in this role, candidates must have a university degree or equivalent with 2+ years in a coordination role supporting operations. They must also possess strong experiences in budget management, forecasting, and financial models, as well as very strong analytical and presentation skills. Additionally, they should have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior teams and interact at all levels of the organization.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
