Job Title: Customer Experience Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at TD Bank. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
