Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of service colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach frontline colleagues on effective customer complaint resolution
- Support and coach frontline colleagues on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve customer experience targets
- Manage and develop a team of service colleagues to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and/or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
