Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of service colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach frontline colleagues on effective customer complaint resolution
  • Support and coach frontline colleagues on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve customer experience targets
  • Manage and develop a team of service colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
