Job Description

We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Experience Associate. This role involves providing exceptional service throughout the customer's journey, acting as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and/or assisted, and contributing to the branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Act as a technology expert and share your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and assisting them to better manage their banking needs.
  • Nurture rich, long-standing relationships with customers.
  • Uncover and solve customers' needs by explaining complicated concepts simply.
