Job SummaryThe Central Communications Operator plays a vital role in our healthcare team, responsible for handling internal and external inquiries related to locating physicians/staff/patients via face-to-face interaction at the Information desk or via phone.
Main Responsibilities
The Central Communications department is accountable for initiating the response to all Emergency Codes/situations immediately. The Central Communications department also coordinates the dispatching and coordination of Environmental Services and Transport Services staff in accordance with current standards of practice.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to FIPPA laws that apply to hospitals.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
