Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a Care Coordinator for adults with neurological conditions. In this role, you will work independently with clients in their homes, providing assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. You will also have the flexibility to build a schedule that suits your needs and preferences.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current active registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Flexible and good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
