Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, coordinate, and report on program activities to ensure deliverables meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate progress meetings with internal teams and the customer to resolve technical or programmatic issues.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS.
  • Track program issues and follow up on necessary actions.

About This Role: As a Program Coordinator at Randstad, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our programs. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to coordinate activities, monitor progress, and resolve issues. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in building and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders.
