Accelerated Leadership Development Program

National Cable Specialists is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Accelerated Management Trainee program. This rotational development program is designed to prepare successful candidates for future leadership opportunities within our business.
About the Program
The program is designed to attract leaders from related industries and introduce you to our company and business model. You will be placed in one of our branches and will receive mentoring from our VP/General Manager and other high-performing leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Participants will be involved in the day-to-day operations and will be utilized as members of each assigned work team. You will receive training and will be expected to prepare a department improvement project focusing on a process or method improvement during each rotation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree/diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution, 3-5 years prior experience as a supervisor or manager in a similar or related business, and a willingness to relocate to any of our locations. You will also need leadership aptitude, supervisory experience, and solid verbal and written communication skills.
