Concrete Finishing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team at IM Concrete Finishing Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of concrete finishing projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of concrete finishing teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Train and develop the skills of concrete finishing team members to improve their performance and productivity.
- Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures, as needed.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to support project needs.
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires working on-site at various construction locations. The successful candidate will be required to work a standard 40-hour workweek, with occasional overtime as needed.

- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant training or certifications are an asset.
