About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team at IM Concrete Finishing Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our concrete finishing crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete finishing crew members
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure high-quality workmanship
    • Monitor and report on crew performance and productivity
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate and schedule concrete finishing activities to meet project deadlines
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
    • Manage and maintain equipment and tools

    • Communicate effectively with crew members, project managers, and clients
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
  • Quality Control
    • Inspect and ensure high-quality concrete finishing work

Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, requiring frequent travel to various construction sites.
