We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Account Manager at Duliban Insurance. As a key member of our Dream Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients, providing innovative solutions to their insurance needs, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored insurance solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Administer the renewal process, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal coverage for clients.
  • Support clients during the claims process, providing expert guidance and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Focus on building strong relationships with clients, driving retention, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective sales strategies, resulting in increased revenue and market share.

Requirements

  • RIBO License or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in the use of insurance software and technology.
