About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Duliban Insurance Brokers. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our commercial clients, including fleet insurance, contractors, retail, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Management: Manage and service a set book of commercial and farm clients, providing personalized support and guidance to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  2. Renewal Process: Administer the renewal process, obtaining renewal information, reviewing coverages, and making coverage recommendations to ensure seamless transitions.
  3. Claims Support: Provide support and assistance to clients during the claims process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  4. Business Development: Focus on building strong relationships with clients, meeting and exceeding retention goals, and remarketing existing policies as required.
  5. Sales and Marketing: Conduct policy changes, gather information, and oversee changes with clients, as well as work alongside Junior Account Managers to oversee administrative responsibilities.
Requirements
  1. Professional Qualifications: RIBO License preferred, with the ability to facilitate training for the right candidate.
  2. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of commercial insurance, with proficiency in various software specific to the industry.
  3. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team and independently.
