Job Description

The Account Manager will be a thought leader with a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and its value to Financial Services organizations.

You will drive sales growth by building a renewable book of business with Financial Services organizations through new client acquisition and retainers.

As an Account Manager, you will lead sales activities while managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close and renewal.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as Executive Sponsor and Lead for Financial Services clients, providing top-tier service and strategic guidance.
  2. Build a retainer-based book of business and drive sales growth through targeted vertical client acquisition.
  3. Contribute to and oversee ARR growth by improving client health and the value provided.
  4. Oversee delivery of client work for retainers and project engagements.
  5. Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and team members to ensure client satisfaction and success.
  6. Mentor team members, sharing knowledge and Financial Services domain expertise to grow the CloudKettle practice.
  7. Contribute to growing the organization's reputation in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  8. Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously across the sales cycle.
  9. Represent CloudKettle as a speaker and guest author in a thought-leadership capacity.
Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of experience selling to C-suite leaders in Financial Services with strong communication skills.
  2. Industry recognized certifications, including Salesforce Certifications, are an asset.
  3. Significant experience managing complex projects and relationships with C-suite clients.
  4. Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. A highly efficient team player with independence in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

A competitive salary structure, comprising 65% base and 35% performance-based compensation, reflects your performance and contributions.

The total estimated annual salary range is $180,000 - $250,000 based on location and industry standards.
