NTT DATA Services is seeking a skilled Salesforce Product Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Agile team, you will play a crucial role in understanding and interpreting customer data to uncover needs and opportunities.

This position involves working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to influence product strategies and ensure successful outcomes. Your insights will directly contribute to the development and refinement of products and services that meet both customer and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of customer data to identify patterns, trends, needs, and opportunities
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to validate problems and assist in developing solutions that are valuable, feasible, viable, and usable
  • Feature Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, to capture and define features, user stories, and assist in defining product roadmaps
  • Customer Feedback: Validate hypotheses through customer feedback to ensure product alignment with user needs
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze product metrics, such as user engagement and satisfaction, to provide actionable insights aimed at enhancing product performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in Product Analyst role in a technical environment
  • 5+ years working in a Salesforce Environment
  • 5+ years of analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across multiple teams
  • Problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for identifying trends and extracting meaningful insights from vast data sets
