Shutterstock is a dynamic and innovative company that is revolutionizing the digital content space. As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring that it meets the needs of our business stakeholders.

The Day-to-Day:

As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work closely with internal business units and technology teams to automate and improve business processes by delivering solutions in Salesforce and other applications in the CRM ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to collect business requirements, research and identify end-user needs, manage change requests, and convert business requirements into functional requirements.
  • Explaining complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge using oral, written and visual presentations.
  • Creating user stories and new process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our stakeholders.
  • Acting as liaison between business stakeholders and the tech team to define, prioritize, tasks and deliverables.
  • Ensuring that new features are implemented according to specification, through collaborating with development and quality assurance groups.
  • Coordinating testing with business stakeholders, reviewing test scenarios, conducting UAT sessions in collaboration with the quality assurance team.
  • Managing and communicating the status of deliverables, issues and risks across multiple work streams.
  • Contributing to providing training resources for cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating the key features and values of products to clients and end users.
  • Assisting in the prioritization of helpdesk tickets that involve product issues.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM in the capacity of Business Analyst/Product owner.
  • Strong analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
  • Proven track record of the ability to identify and interpret business requirements into application (functional) requirements and IT solutions.
  • Experience with a large, functionally diverse, and informed user base that demands high quality applications is desired.
